dear bloggy, here i come again recently quite happening wor, i juz back from my KL shopping trip, though the duration is quite short. went to KL for shopping with another 5 colleagues… juz got home not long ago

we long ago planned to go on the 20th oct, but den happened that it is our spring cleaning cum moving seats day, they made it compulsory for all of us next weekend is hari raya puasa so we scared it will be crowded. the last weekend is too close for us as we will have to rush to meet the oct deadline for companies with mar year end. so we only decided on tues to bring forward our trip to this weekend. we bought bus tickets to go from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur for $42 per pax, very ex rite? but the bus very comfortable, hee… the chair can be adjusted till like we are lying down, den still can watch movie and play computer games. i slept most of the time, though… :p we met at golden mile complex at 7plus, bus set off at 7.30am, all the way till we reach KL is already 1plus le. our accomodation is at YMCA, very cheap, only RM30 for each person for a nite :p we went there by taxis to put down our luggages, den set off to shopping le.

we went for lunch at 2plus den our shopping spree started, went to 2 shopping centres bought 2 pairs of shoes and some beauty products. den we went to catch a movie: Resident Evil Extinction at 9.45pm, till we finished the show is almost 12am le. den we went to take cabs back to YMCA and had supper at an Indian stall near YMCA, had prata and teh tarik the toilets for YMCA are not connected, we have to bring our things to the toilets to bathe. after bathing and doing mask and settling down, went to slp at 2am.

we woke up at 9am den went for breakfast at YMCA which is already included in our accomodation charges, den set off to another shopping centre called MidValley. shopped for a short while, bought a tee only. we set off to a street called Jalan Petaling at 1pm, by taxis. we had lunch at MidValley. after shopping for a while den, we went to take bus at 2.30pm. this bus will only bring us to JB cos those that goes straight to S’pore is sold out le. the journey to Larkin interchange ends at 7.30pm. den we took bus 170 from there is the checkpoint. met with massive jam, got stuck till 8.45pm den we walked over to City Square for dinner. after dinner, we walked over to the check point, den got queue and spent some time there waiting etc, until we finally got on cab at 11pm.

phew… it is a long trip leh, till i also tired le. i scared i will forget wat happened so quickly write to u i bought a pair of flats at City Square while waiting for the food to be cooked. this is all le… take care and i will visit u again

dear bloggy… long time no see wor… hee… i have been really busy leh… life is like hell for me, no time to rest, everyday worked till 12 plus, for 3 weeks le, i have not slept earlier than 3 or 4am de… shacked… so though i am not so enthu abt it, i decided to give myself a break, n go for the trip… let me tell u more abt it

day 1, sat, 22/09/07 - we met at newton mrt station at 8.15am and left for the customs and reached our destination, Austins Hills at abt 10.30am. subsequently we had some ice breakers games, with no penalty for losing but prizes for winning after which we had lunch that is prepared by the hotel. as for me, i had a big plate of fried rice that is fried with nothing except mixed beans and rice :p haha… but lucky got food to eat, so i got no complaints abt it den we still cannot check in, so we were seperated into our grps, i am in grp 5, den we had to discuss on a contest. we are supposed to think of an item and make an advertisement to promote our items. our grp came up with a funny idea on promoting a plaster that can cure menstrual problems, haha, to make our female managers and partners more approachable, haha…

at 3pm, we went to check in for our rooms, 4 ppl share a room, the room is pretty big, got 2 king sized beds and the place is big. the bathroom quite interesting as there is a shower room and a bath tub outside. so 2 ppl can bathe at the same time, but we gotta communicate properly so that each of us wun see the other, haha… :p next we all fell asleep till we were woke up by a phone call to ask us to go down to the ballroom to play games. this time round we are out in the sun… played those typical team building games that we always play during camping… from 4 to 6pm… den we went to wash up and get ready for dinner. for dinner, i had white rice with a dish, lemon vege fish. after which we have nothing to do le, it is our free time. however, there is no facilities at all, so we were bored to tears in our rooms… someone suggested gg to the nearby shopping centre called tebrau city, commonly known as jusco. we thought there will be shuttle bus but dun have, so we booked taxis to go down, does it sound dangerous? out of all ppl, all either singaporean, hong kongers or china ppl, only one malaysian, so we depended on her for negotiation, haha… by the time we reached jusco, already 9plus, haha… den we broke up into small grps and went on seperate ways to shop shop, we fixed to meet up at the entrance at 11 to go back together.

i shopped ard with a fren, jerlyn, the malaysian but did not manage to get anything except titbits, n she managed to buy a pair of shoes and a watch and very happy so sad ar… never buy anything… but it is still quite interesting, hee… den we went back, i bathe, rested and ate titbits and we all slept at 1am.

2nd day, sun, 23/09/07 - woke up at 8am to have breakfast and we got rehearsal for the advertisement presentation at 9am and the contest is at 10am… we have 2 guys acting as ladies and 2 ladies acting as guys, the rest all acted too. and guess wat? we got 1st!! haha… points accumulated since the previous day games the price is each person 2 free shaw movie tickets this contest ended at ard 11am n we are free till we check out at 12.45pm. so 8 of us, 3 guys and 5 ladies, decided to go for the FOC facilities - sauna, steam bath and jaccuzi. guys and girls seperate we dun have swimming costumes with us so we asked if it is ok, we wrapped ourselves in towels and that is it le. haha… very scared the towel may dropped anytime :p before we knew it, it is already 12.30 and we rushed up to packed up. we waited for a long time for the bus to come pick us up. the lobby of the resorts has no air-con, it is very very hot wor… finally left for jusco and reached there at 2pm. we had lunch at our own expenses, i had french toast cos we will be having dinner at 4.30pm. breakfast i had at the resort, got porridge.

at jusco, the guys went to play arcade and we girls went shopping. it is really nice to shop there cos of the currency difference so u will save a significant sum… den we went for seafood at 4.30pm. i had rice, vege and tofu, full full le while the rest had a lot of dishes n they all very full. i bought dunkin donuts at jusco to bring back for my bro, cos he likes donuts buy 5 get 1 free, only RM10. i also bought a taiwan magazine. didn’t spend much money actually… injury report: many bruises ard my ankles cos we had games that requires us to tie our ankles together and cos all moved at different speed, so the ropes will cut us… painful… we stayed at the seafood restaurant for almost 2 hrs, left for the customs at 6.30pm… got minor jams cos it is sun nite. waited for my colleagues who are not locals so gotta wait for a while… den we went to take 950 back to woodlands interchange n took 161 from there to go home. the bus broke down at the traffic light after reaching sengkang. den i walked to the bus stop to take 82 to reach home… very tired le wor… hee…

this is briefly wat happened during the trip, basically wat matters are the frens lah. we had funny talking, ’suan’ing each other, talking craps… i was not allowed to think of work. each time i think, my colleague will fine me RM10, and by the time i reached home, already accumulated to RM 120 le… the accounts prepared by Vicki, audited by Jerlyn, haha… funny rite? but they all very nice k lah, generally it is quite an interesting trip though still never enjoy enough… tml gotta work le so i have to go rest, got chance den chat with u again ba… nite nite…

hi bloggy, long time no see… since my last visit after the Cameron Highlands…

since i came back from the trip, my horror had began le… my many jobs have been accumulated all the way till now… for the first 3 weeks, i never went home before 11 or 12am… every day slogged like a cow, even weekends and public hols i also go back to work… if not have to go to office early to clear my things… Cham rite? Wat makes it worse is my management is not very appreciative of our effort… we worked till so late but they still not happy, still scold us, haiz…

the work i am doing is way past my ability le. i am juz an assistant but i feel like an associate or even a senior. i am doing consol… and the accounts are all in a mess, very cham ar… from the 4th week onwards, even worse… i am gg home every day at past 1am… everyday sleep average 5 to 6 hrs, den work for 15 hrs, the remaining hrs are for eating, bathing and travelling… this kind of life really sucks… i doubt i can ever finish my stuffs cos while the old jobs accumulate, the new jobs continue to come in… haiz…

i am hoping to have some time to take a good rest. dun have to do much, juz sleep at home… this week i juz had 2 days mc cos have been having giddy spells and stomach discomfort… doc said that i have overworked, he say if this goes on for long, i am gg to spoil my health le… actually i know this too but there is nothing i can do now to make the situation better…

enough of complaining le… juz hope i can quickly take a good break to re-energise myself… i will visit u again de… take good care and till then~~~

hi bloggy… i am back did u see the photos that i uploaded? they are taken from my cameron trip… the trip is pretty good but cos the location is pretty far, so the 1st and 3rd day, we spent most of the time on the bus, travelling… as usual, i knocked out throughout except going to washroom :p

on the 1st day, we set off from golden mile complex at 6pm to Tuas checkpoint. by the time we reached cameron valley, which is the tea plantation, is already 5plus in the evening… long journey… bought some tea leaves and souvenirs there den we had dinner at strawberry view restaurant, where there are many flies flying around… well… u can’t expect too much there… den we proceed to our hotel ‘Equatorial Hotel’. the view is very good there. no air-con needed as it is pretty cold. i shared the room with my grandma and we only on the fan to speed 1, it is already freezing… there temp is abt 18 to 20 dc. at night whole family went to the KTV there. the songs there are very old, like 80s… so only sang a while and it is those kind u gotta write ur song numbers on a slip of paper n passed to the staff (there is only one staff)… very wierd n slow… haha… the staff poor thing, gotta bring us drinks, put in songs, too busy le… he muz have hated us for disturbing him :p

2nd day, had breakfast at hotel. den we went to someone’s vege farm to see how cabbage, water cress, asparagus, etc are grown… it is really steep… going down is tough n my auntie fell. luckily no injuries… gg up was tedious… gg against gravity, all panting like dunno wat when we got up, haha… den we went to strawberry farm. we did not go down to pluck strawberry as we could not finish the strawberries that we bought the day before. so we sat around and took pictures the strawberry ice-cream tastes good! den we moved on the cactus valley, where we saw many different types and shape of cactus… hee… next we went to a bee farm. me and mama went down to see how the bees are reared but we are scared to be stung so never walk far. next we went to rose garden. this place is grown with different varieties of roses… beautiful… saw black rose. it is not exactly black but it is actual red and black colour. the smell of the black rose is the best, nice! but i did not buy any roses back as roses are meant to be given by other ppl de mah, haha… den we went to the night market there… many stalls but actually more or less selling the same things… finally we proceeded to have dinner, steamboat at strawberry view restaurant… mama ate a lot as she was hungry, haha… there is all for the day… tiring…

3rd day, time to say goodbye :p we left hotel at 8am… by the time we got to Ipoh temples, it is 11am plus le. the 3 temples there are built in caves, very amazing and interesting. den went to buy some local products to be brought back as gifts. mama bought this piping hot kaya puffs, very very nice, hee… den it is all the way back to Singapore through the Tuas checkpoint. as it is the famous long weekend, it is pretty crowded at the customs… by the time i got home, is already 11pm plus le… (we called cab home from golden mile complex where the bus let us alight)… the next day is a working day… i am so tired but i enjoyed myself.

being an urban child, never seen so much plantations before, haha… and most imptly, it is always fun to travel with family k lah, this is my cameron trip, very long… so i shall end here. i will visit u again de bye… Muackz!

hi there bloggy! i miss u so much, did u miss me too? it has been almost a mth le since my last visit… CNY is officially over le and there is no public hols in Mar, haiz… gotta wait till Apr den have good friday. think my uncle planning to have a family trip to Cameroon Highlands (is this how it is spelt? :p) over that long weekend

i am super busy with work, as usual… wat else? nothing extraordinary happened recently except for the big earthquake in Indonesia… scary… cos the epicentre quite near to S’pore so i can feel it in my office. the first time i was in the washroom at 11.50am, there i was, sitting there, suddenly felt so giddy, like my surroundings r swaying lightly. until i got back to office, den heard from my colleagues that an earthquake juz took place. den another time at 1plus, i was at level 7 doing some work, the bldg swayed again, lasted a bit longer, and made me even more giddy… so scary… earthquake so far away n i could actually feel it. can’t imagine wat it is like in Indonesia itself… haiz…

CNY was fun, with my 2 USA cousins back in S’pore. we went to River Hong Bao at padang, and had lots of fun. I sent them off to airport with my uncle the next day. haiz… Dunno when will be the next time i will get to see them… Sad…

Recently i have been dreaming of gg on a hols… i have not had enough of Taiwan, feel like gg to Hong Kong, Hainan Island, Australia and also USA… So many places, all need time and money. the most difficult thing is i can only take 14 days annual leave a yr, how to accommodate for so many places? haiz… Sad ar…

long time no see… it has been a month already ba… how are you doing? i hope everything is fine. I am plagued with work, one company after another company, coming right after one another for audit… It is so tiring… It has been pretty long since i last rested very very well…

Den on 1st feb, down with food poisoning… ended up throwing up at client’s place, jia lat… also got diarrhoea, it lasted for a few days wor… den i took half day mc loh, cos my colleague asks me to go home, in case i throw up at them, haha…

One good news is CNY is coming! At this age, i am still very excited over CNY, haha… Like i always do :p Busy buying things, repairing things, cleaning up to get ready for CNY. Yippie! So happy… Get to have some good rest during CNY, i hope so… Though i will be bringing work back home to do during CNY hols… Can’t be helped lah, if not wait i cannot finish it wor…

So busy, so many things to do… When can i settle down to see the beautiful eyes in the sky and listen to what the sea breeze wants to tell me…? Sounds very serene and comfortable rite? hee…

Btw, u saw the pic i took with my new companion? It is a baby pooh bear, named berry I wanted to name it ‘beary’ but i think ‘berry’ seems cuter since it sounds the same. Now it is pretty packed on my bed, together with my bolster, ah gou, duck duck, froggy, piglet and pink panther… haha… it is a crowd wor… it has became tougher for me to get out of my bed every morning… Haha… I miss my frens

hi my dear bloggy, i am finally back to visit u… it has been really long, maybe abt half a yr le, since i last came in… many many things have happened within this period of time…

my grandparents shifted to my next door with my uncle n auntie, so now we are neighbours! it is really convenient becoz i can juz pop by to say hi n can greet one another each time i went pass their doors

have started work for a few mths le, audit is a tough industry… wat is worse is the peak is not here yet, so things will only get worse as time passes… but i get to learn many things n meet many ppl, it is rather rewarding my colleagues are nice ppl, willing to teach n help us out, juz that my manager is a super efficient lady who expects the same for her team members, so she pushes us a lot, to keep us moving.

i have been so busy that many entertainments have slipped out of my life, the most i can do is shopping loh U2 and G2000 having sales recently and metro sale at expo juz ended, haha… Cham le, once i start den i can’t stop le… but i take it as i am shopping for CNY le loh. my last movie is in sept! it is the korean show called the host… since then, i haven’t got the time to catch a show le… anyone interested in watching movie, especially horros, muz remember to ‘jio’ me wor!

in nov, i went to taiwan to attend my cousin’s wedding n took the opportunity to tour. it is really a great experience. the scenaries there r really good… too bad it is quite short cos can only take limited leave. we left on the 20th n back on the 27th. came back with a super bad flu n lost my voice :p

my grandpa passed away on 16th dec, haiz… after losing a battle with the cancer cells which reoccurred in his stomach after 7 yrs… life haven’t been quite the same since then. i guess for my grandma, it dealt a big blow to her… i can’t imagine myself in her shoes. losing someone who has been accompanying u for the past few decades, every little things u do like walking along a street or drinking a cup of coffee will naturally remind u of the person de… it is really tough…

i spent my christmas on the 24th and 25th spring cleaning my room, so now it is very tidy n has a new look during new yr eve, i went out with my uncle n auntie, parents and grandma. cos it has been a custom for my grandparents to go out together but this yr my grandpa is not around le, so i hope to spend more time with my grandma.

recently had inflammation of my eyes, my eyes went all red, blood red, on a fri during my stock take at a company. went to see doc on sat n he said it is due to wearing of contact lens for too long hrs… i was asked to avoid contact lens for a week. tml i will be wearing contact lens again… so happy

it has really been very long since i last visited u wor… it has been really busy for me… after exams, had a rest and went for a trip den gotta look for jobs and now resting again, haha…

i found a job le, will be starting work on 1st sept, so in the meantime i will juz continue tuitions and enjoy this last 1.5 mths of freedom before i start work officially…

here i am, back in sch to do some printing and stuffs… it is definitely cheaper for me to print in sch, especially huge number of copies… haha… so i made a trip back. wanna save the stuffs in my j drive onto a cd but could not. dunno wat went wrong wor… hee…

hi dear bloggy… i came to visit u again… i juz had my last exam in NTU n i have officially graduated le! although still gotta wait for my exam results n the convocation in july… everyone is very happy today but some r rather stress cos the papers r rather tough… especially the one on mon n today is not much better… do wish me luck…

later i got tuition n wun be free at nite too… very busy this week cos students all having exams n me myself having exams too. now down with major flu n sore throat… lost my voice le… hope i will recover soon… now that i am free from all studies burden, i can have a good rest n shld be able to recover fast i think.

hi bloggy, i can only stay for a while cos i got tuition later n i am getting late. have to have lunch still… hee… i am back in sch today for an exam paper. political economy. the paper is fine, shld be ok ba… left 2 more papers to go… phew…

this week n next week really busy wor… cos my students all having exams le, so many requested for extra lessons. this week i am having 10 tuition sessions, amounting to 16 hrs in this week.. scary… lucky now no more lessons le, so time still can fork out… if not i am gg to fall flat le… will be studying at nite den till early dawn. cos my late noon n evening r all taken up by tuitions liao…

juz finished checking emails n zapping notes for my students. i prepared notes for pri 5 science. hee… pri 4 i got set papers so anyone interested, can let me know wor… hee…

i guess this is all abt me le ba, cos i am rushing for time… will try to visit u again soon… most prob after my last paper ba… this sat is election, i will be voting for the first time, kinda excited… haha…
